Commissioners Doug Tucker and John Grewell and Administrative Assistant Angela Newell were present.

8:30 Pledge of Allegiance

Treasurer Jane Swanson-Webb and Assessor Valarie Sharbono met with Commissioners regarding the settlement with NorthWestern Energy. The School Districts have requested their taxable values be recertified. Commissioner Grewell moved to approve schools request for recertification; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.

9:30 Commissioner Tucker moved to approve claims report for the early October check run for the used motor grader purchased from RDO Equipment; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.

Commissioners signed the State-Local Assistance Agreement for the State Homeland Security Program for Sheriff’s Office Grants.
