Commissioners Doug Tucker, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock and Administrative Assistant Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance
Gordon Sirrine and Chet Blotske were present. Chet discussed road approach for a subdivision. The preliminary plat approval required a separate access road be created for the second lot. He was looking for options to avoid constructing the road.

9:00 Victim Advocate Tessa DeCunzo met with Commissioners regarding Victim Witness Advocate Interlocal Agreement with the City of Red Lodge. City Councilwoman Cori Thompson was present. Tessa is waiting for Co Attorney to approve the final language of the agreement.

9:30 Rebecca Narmore City Red Lodge Attorney and Cory Thompson met with Commissioners regarding the survey of Rodeo Road. The City of Red Lodge is not willing to share in the survey costs. Commissioner Bullock moved to order the survey using Fair and DES funds; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.

10:00 County Attorney Alex Nixon met with Commissioners regarding Cemetery Dist. Interlocal Agreement. Dan Gainer, Cory Thompson, and Rebecca Narmore were present. Alex noted concerns with the City’s proposed Agreement. Alex would like the cemetery to continue to be owned by the City to avoid proportional ownership under statute. He would also like wording added that requires funding to be used specifically for cemetery maintenance.

Commissioner Bullock moved to approve employee time for Oct 15-28; Commissioner Blain seconded; motion carried.

Commissioner Tucker noted he has had trouble getting a hold of Sheryl Ann Construction regarding gravel crushing. The company has been unresponsive and have not yet moved equipment into any pits.
