Commissioners Doug Tucker, John Grewell, and John Prinkki and Administrative Assistant Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance
9:00 Commissioners reviewed the renewal for Inmate Excess Medical Insurance; rates are staying the same. Commissioner Grewell moved to enter into renewal agreement for 2016-2017 Inmate Excess Medical Insurance; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.
9:30 Commissioner Grewell moved acceptance of Carbon County Fair Board Bylaws as amended; Commissioner Tucker seconded; motion carried.
Commissioner Tucker to accept Commissioners Proceedings for October 27th; Commissioner Grewell seconded; motion carried.
10:30 Commissioners approved employee time segments for October 16 – 29.
Commissioners sent a letter of support to the Bureau of Land Management for Wyo-Ben’s proposed mining operations.
