9:30 Gordy Blevins, County Attorney Alex Nixon, and Deputy County Attorney Jacque Papez met with Commissioners regarding road easement for West Fork Road Reconstruction. Jacque noted that she believes there are three basis to establish the road as a County Road: there is a basis for it being a RS2477 road, there is documentation supporting creation of the road and its use as a County road since that time, and a public prescriptive easement. Commissioners requested Jacque write an Opinion on the issue for Mr. Blevens.

Sheriff Josh McQullan met with Commissioners to request that a county credit card be issued to his department. Commissioners agreed to have the card issued.
