9:00 Blain moved to put Rob Newton on the Rockvale Cemetery Board. Bullock second. Motion passed.

10:00 Papez and Nixon at county attorney time. Meeting closed for current litigation strategy:

10:15 Meeting reopened.

10:30 Bullock moved to approve claims for 9/2023. Blain seconded. Motion passed.

11:00 DES met for monthly update—see attached

12:00 Board of Health Meeting. Stacie, Dick, William Oley, Sanitarian Director Barbara Krizek, Sanitarian Jesse Gutierrez, Health Officer Cyrina Allen, Public Health Director Erin Cross, Jason Mahone, JP Goran, John Farry were present.
