COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS
September 10, 2019
Commissioners Robert ‘Pits’ DeArmond, Scott Blain, and Bill Bullock, and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance
Commissioner Bullock moved to approve meeting minutes from August 13, 15, 20, and 22nd and Closed proceedings from August 13; Commissioner DeArmond seconded; motion carried.
Commissioners discussed the possibility of heating buildings at fairgrounds; Commissioner Blain noted it is not economical at this time.
Commissioner Bullock moved to approve the Clerk and Recorder’s Monthly Deposit Reconciliation and District Court’s Fees Distribution Report for August 2019; motion carried.
9:25 Commissioners discussed a request to use Gebo & Joliet Fromberg Roads for the Orchard 5K Run.
10:00 Clerk and Recorder Christine Stovall met with Commissioners regarding the East Pryor Road Realignment Survey. Commissioner Blain noted Red Lodge Surveying is waiting on documents from one landowner, the survey will be placed on the agenda once it is finalized. Kris noted she believes the petition process should be initiated for the formal amendment; she will prepare the petition document for Commissioner Blain to circulate.
11:00 Commissioner DeArmond moved to adopt Resolution 2019-14 to Adopt the 2019-2020 Budget; Commissioner Bullock seconded; motion carried.
