Commissioners Scott Miller, Scott Blain; and Administrative Officer Angela Newell were present.
8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
Justice of the Peace Kevin Nichols. Meeting Closed
9:30 Red Lodge Mayor Bill Larson met with Commissioners for his weekly update. Discussions about TIFF District, County Human Resource Specialist and the possibility of the City using their assistance through interlocal agreement.

Blain moved to accept Justice Court End of Period Disbursement for August 2021; Miller seconded; motion carried.

Blain moved to approve Commissioners’ Proceedings for August 24th and 26th; Miller seconded; motion carried.

10:00 County Attorney Alex Nixon met for his weekly meeting. Meeting closed to discuss personnel issue. 10:15 meeting reopened. Discussion regarding “tactical school” in Bridger. Miller and Mandeville have notified them of required permits, but are supposed to have another session this weekend and no permits request have been submitted. Discussion regarding enforcement mechanisms for planning violations.

11:40 Discussion with Stovall about checks processes to purchase semi-truck out of State.
