8:30 Pledge of Allegiance.
9:00 Brent Moore and Tyler Lindbloom from Interstate Engineering were present to provide updates and discuss grant opportunities.

The grants would be for 2025-26 construction. Bullock moved, Blain second to approve Interstate to apply for the grant. Motion passed.
Discussed bridge on West Pryor that crosses Elbow Creek, further steps on Carbon Ave, and Lovers Lane in Belfry where some additional work on riprap will still need to be done as well as a revegetation plan. All three projects are to still be bid.
Regarding the Riverview Lane Bridge, a flowable fill solution to fill the voids was discussed. Permit applications are to be done this week.
Rushwater Road was discussed next. Lindbloom is not confident there is a cheap solution to fix the road correctly. Discussed a newer product called Scourlock to help with the continual sloughing. Blain asked if they were FEMA eligible and Moore confirmed that they were. Interstate will further explore options and report back.
